The marketing depth of Solutions Reservoir principal and founder Darrell Tanno stems from his more than 20 years as a marketing executive in high-tech. He has worked in and managed all of marketing’s functional areas. Additional time working in sales honed his understanding and appreciation for marketing’s impact on accelerating sales and revenue. A deep thinker who places a premium on execution, he has led efforts that produced many successful companies and products, spoken around the world, and has authored numerous papers and articles. He completed specialized, marketing executive training at the Sprint University of Excellence. His underlying grasp and appreciation of technologies derives from his educational background, MSEE and BSEE degrees from, respectively, Stanford University and Boston University. He is a member of the TheHUB (formerly TelecomHUB), the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), the Society of Satellite Professionals International, and an inactive member of AFCEA International.
